Church Picnic Join us on Sunday, August 9th for our annual church picnic. We will start the day with an outdoor mass at 12-Noon. Informational letters and raffle tickets and are in the back of the church. Please help us save on postage by picking up your envelope and consider delivering one to a friend or neighbor.
If you would like to donate a basket for the picnic raffle, please contact Palma at 216 952 8158 or Heidi at 440 258 5242. Baskets and raffle tickets need to be dropped of by Friday, August 7th.
Sign ups are in the back of the church. Please considering signing up for one of the many volunteer opportunities. You may also call the parish office to find out how you can help.
Support the Works of the Holy Father through the Peter’s Pence Collection.
Catholics have joined in these works by supporting Peter’s Pence Collection, which helps to fund the Holy Father’s Mission to proclaim Christ’s message in the world. Our gifts to the collection are “concrete signs of hope” that fulfill the two aims of Peter’s Pence (1) to support the Holy Father’s mission which extends throughout the entire world, from the proclamation of the Gospel to the promotion of integral human development, education, peace and brotherhood among people (2) to support the numerous charitable works in aid of people and families in difficulty, populations afflicted by natural disasters and wars, or who are in need o humanitarian assistance or support for development. The Fest—Saturday, August 15th at ForeFront Field (home of the Crushers) Avon
An inspiring day of faith, family and fun! A kid friendly event with faith based activities, great food and giveaways. Live Christian music, adoration, prayer and confession.
End the day with a beautiful outdoor Mass at 8 pm with Bishop Malesic followed by a spectacular American Fireworks display. $10 tickets, children under 2 are free.
